Quick Start Guide
Before You Begin
Ensure you are logged into your Notion account before duplicating the template workspace. Do not alter the core relations between the CRM Master Database and the Customer Portal templates without reviewing the documentation.
Duplicate the Workspace
Click the template link provided in your welcome email, then click "Duplicate" in the top right corner to add it to your Notion workspace.
Configure Master CRM
Navigate to the Master CRM Database. Add your internal tags, statuses, and custom properties. You can import an existing client list via CSV to populate the initial records.
Deploy a Customer Portal
Open a client record in the CRM and click the New Customer Portal template button. This automatically generates a bespoke portal linked to their specific deliverables and invoices.
Share with the Client
Click "Share" on the new Customer Portal page, publish it to the web (optional: allow comments but disable editing), and send the link to your client.
CRITICAL RULES
- Never delete the core relation properties between the CRM and the Deliverables tracker.
- Ensure you are sharing only the Customer Portal page, not your entire CRM database.
- Always test the portal link in an incognito window before sending it to a client.

The system is built on interconnected databases designed to keep internal data private while seamlessly surfacing relevant updates to clients.
